<p>We who live in the so called cradle of freedom and democracy owe our good fortune to the foresight of our founding fathers and their enshrining document the Constitution of the United States.</p>
<p>Regardless of what Presidents, Governors, Congress or the Senate may care to think or believe we as Americans are primarily the Constitution, America as a notion is nothing if not the Constitution.</p>
<p>We have a Justice System which the Constitution mandated and the third branch of government alongside the senate and congress, and while the Senate and Congress have long been dominated by the Lobbyist System the Judicial System is dominated by the Legal System.</p>
<p>The Constitution of the United States was written with the People in mind and with the good and continual growth of the Nation. It was written to protect and defend against the power of money and privilege.</p>
<p>It is obvious to the casual observer that all three (3) branches of government mandated by the Constitution have long been controlled and manipulated by the minorities the founding fathers so feared.</p>
<p>The Judicial system is/was supposed to oversee ethics, freedoms and justice and with the support of rhetoric and media it appears to carry out this vital task. However within this America, this haven of capitalism there is a Legal System which so dominates the Judicial System as to render it a mere appearance.</p>
<p>While there may be Court Houses and Judges, Clerks and Plaintiffs and Defendants offering the appearance of a functioning Judicial System, this is a mere facade which Wizard of Oz like hides the true realities of justice in America from the American People.</p>
<p>In reality the Judicial System is a Legal System owned and operated by Attorneys and the Money for which they perform. If you want justice don&#8217;t look  for it in a Court Room.</p>
<p>When was the last Millionaire executed, when did the last wrongly accused poor Black Man get a fair trial.</p>
<p>The difference between the Millionaire and the Poor Black Man is Money.</p>
<p>The best way to get your fair share of Justice in America is to Pay for it. Within the bastions of Justice in America Money talks loudest. If you can afford to hire the best legal team you will win. Note I didn&#8217;t say you will have a better chance of winning I said you will win.</p>
<p>Justice in America is in direct proportion to the Legal Professionals arguing the Case. The best Legal Professionals command very high fees, if you can&#8217;t afford to pay you can&#8217;t win, period.</p>
<p>And this brings us to the crux of the matter, cases are argued. Justice is not based on evidence, rather it is based on the argument offered by the attorney. What has evidence to do with Justice in a Judicial System that is controlled by a Legal System that is run for the monetary enhancement of  Attorneys.</p>
<p>It is supposed to be a Judicial System, the Constitution mandated it, yet it has deteriorated into Legal System designed only to make Attorneys rich.</p>
<p>The essence at the base of a Judicial System is ethics, without ethics in a system that depends on trust and good will from the population the groundwork for anarchy and chaos is laid.</p>
<p>The Legal System is a win at any cost system where Justice and Ethics have no place whatsoever.</p>
<p>How can an attorney vigorously defend a person they know to be guilty if they believe in Ethics and Justice. I am not talking about Law School Ethics, rather I am relating to Human Ethics which I believe are the basics of the Constitution of the United States of America, a Constitution which makes us great and stand out as a Nation.</p>

<p>At this time the Supreme Court of the United States is deciding if Obama Care is constitutional, while the media is in a frenzy over the Trayvon Martin murder.</p>
<p>This is America, black males are killed/murdered all the time, and people who murder black males seldom face to the full extent of the Judicial System, so why is this case causing such a stir.</p>
<p>The problem is the State of Florida and its unbelievable Stand your Ground law.</p>
<p>The following paragraph is from the 14th Amendment of the Constitution of the United States</p>
<p><em>&#8220;Section 1. All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.&#8221;</em></p>
<p>It is interesting that the statement:  &#8220;<em>No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.</em>&#8221; applies to all United States citizenry not only wealthy or white citizens.</p>
<p>The constitution including the 14th Amendment applies to White, Hispanic and Black people including 17 year old black males with a taste for skittles.</p>
<p>Stand and deliver gives a person regardless of their motives an excuse to deny another person their 14th amendment rights to life, liberty and property without due process, one merely has to feel or pretend to feel intimidated.</p>
<p>So as the Supreme Court of the United States debates the rights of the people of America to medical care it is ironic that no one is asking if Stand and Deliver or the right to kill without sanction is inline with the 14th Amendment of the Constitution of the United States.</p>
<p>Surely Trayvon Martin like any US person is/was entitled to due process, and perhaps, just perhaps his killer should also be entitled to due process.</p>
<p>Unfortunately the Not So Great State of Florida somehow believer that Trayvon is due nothing and that his murderer has nothing to answer.</p>
<p>Florida should be indicted for crimes against the Constitution and its Citizens</p>

<p>The lost minority is sitting in a basement somewhere thinking Et tu Brute, and its not because they have been let down by the economy or one political party or the other, its not even because they have been let down by their parents rather it is because they are waking up to the realization that society was not framed with them in mind.</p>
<p>All is fair in love and war and society as it is framed by capitalism is an individual against individual war. Humans are a pack animal, it is who and what we are. We are genetically created to form small mutual interest groupings, yet the basic tenet of capitalism is competition on an individual level.</p>
<p>Capitalism at its base is individualism, the base belief that a person has the right to be the most that they can be based on their talents both genetic and learned. This is the very ideal which created the illusion of the American Dream. I say illusion of the American dream because one mans dream necessitates another mans nightmare.</p>
<p>And while the aspirations of the capitalistic ideal may appear to be a good thing, the fly in the ointment is that the basic human instinct of tribe is not catered for in a system based on competition at the individual level which basically pits brother against brother.</p>
<p>We live quite literally in a sick culture, depression and mental issues are the order of the day, an inability to cope while prevalent is viewed as the mark of a loser best swept under the rug and denied at all cost, barely getting by is accepted as the norm, a type of true grit that makes us all the more American.</p>
<p>Yet within the confines of American society there is a total lack of love, of acceptance, of humanity, of empathy, of the JFK and Jesus moral <em>What can I do for my country</em>, for my fellow man.</p>
<p>We are a &#8220;whats in it for me&#8221; nation failing to see the underline universal law that giving precedes getting, and in truth in a totally abundant scenario giving is all there is.</p>
<p>Ask the simple question where did the sun or the tree or the oceans come from, they where given to us, freely and without terms or conditions, yet we who have received freely cherish the conservative ideal of not sharing.</p>
<p>Remember that America is nothing if not all of its people. Surely if the children of the privileged are entitled to a college education then so too are the children of the poor. Some would have us believe that an education is a privilege and not a right and on that stump I proclaim my case.</p>
<p>There is very little difference between the trajectory of capitalism in general but America in particular and the monarchy system which has all but disappeared except in the homeland of capitalism England.</p>
<p>It is basic insanity to expect to receive that which you are unwilling to give, and while our greatest need as humans is to be valued and wanted, to be loved and accepted, our willingness to value and accept our fellow man is not apparent in our daily action or the rhetoric of our leaders both political and religious.</p>

<h1>Greece and Default</h1>
<p>Did you ever hear the one about the naked king who got rave reviews for his new clothes, well Greece or should I say the coin flippers who rule the world economies just pulled the wool over our collective eyes and now we all believe that everything is good, Greece didn&#8217;t default after all.</p>
<p>What really happened is that the investors/gamblers who waged their billions on Greece where forced to accept a bond swap deal whereby they swapped their existing bonds for new ones with longer time frames and lower interest rates.</p>
<p>Imagine a homeowner in foreclosure getting a new loan with a longer time frame and lower interest rate.</p>
<p>The problem for Greece and most of the Western world is not what they owe but what they are capable of earning.</p>
<p>If said homeowner in foreclosure gets a new loan with an extended time frame and a lower interest rate that reduces his/her monthly payment from $2000 to $1000 it may make little difference to his/her circumstances if they are not making enough to service the new loan payment and eat.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s a kinda pregnant scenario, you either are or you aren&#8217;t. Pregnant, broke, bankrupt whose counting. Eventually the baby comes. All crows come home to roost as they say, regardless of your dirty little secret.</p>
<p>Greece has virtually no economy other than tourism, unfortunately tourism is dependent on the economies of the tourists which are not in good shape at the moment.</p>
<p>With unemployment north of 20%, regardless of interest rates on it&#8217;s bonds, Greece like the king with the new clothes is naked and to eyes that can actually see reality, bankrupt and in default.</p>
<p>Mother Eire is next, it too, now has no economy to talk of and with a reported unemployment rate of 14+ percent and debt to GDP ratio of  almost 1,400%, Greece&#8217;s debt to GDP is 182% and according to the media they are so totally screwed. The United Kingdoms is 413%.</p>
<p>The reality of world capitalism is that most people cannot afford to live in the economies which they form, minimum wage and maximum costs result in trickle up economics. Ronald Regan the first doctor of 1% spin really got it wrong and now we need a new spin doctor to apply a very bitter pill to the very 1% that trickle down economics created.</p>

<p>Regardless on what you have been told or have chosen to believe, the main reason, the number one reason and perhaps the only reason the pilgrims came to the new world was the opportunity to own real property.</p>
<p>Some might have you believe that it was religious freedom, but this ideal was a distant second to property rights.</p>
<p>In the aristocratic system which prevailed in Europe at the time of the first pilgrims to the Americas it was not possible for commoners to own land, property rights were the domain of the aristocracy, the lords, the dukes etc. So with the promise of the right to own land, a home the pilgrims set off for the new world and the rest as they say is history, the history of the American dream.</p>
<p>A dream that is in danger of becoming a full fledged nightmare.</p>
<p>The federal government own 250,000 homes, these are foreclosed homes that the government acquired through fannie mae and freddie mac, at a huge loss to ensure that the foreclosing lender did not make a loss.</p>
<p>In Ireland they call this type of charitable agency NAMA (national asset management agency), I am sure every Sovereign State that is beholding to the banks has one, regardless of what they call it, it transpires to be the public making good on the casino losses of the upper crust.</p>
<p>Now the government of the United States in its brilliance has decide to sell these houses off to investors to be used as rental properties. The first trial batch will be 2,500 houses, which used to be homes before the owners were dispossessed by situation and circumstance.</p>
<p>However not just any investor will be able to avail of this opportunity, Fannie Mae did a $50 million sale last June, but that was on the small side. Fannie Mae/the government, are evaluating what a larger asset sale would look like.  It is envisaged that future sales would be to institutional investors possibly in the billion dollar range.</p>
<p>And I was just thinking that perhaps, just perhaps we have come full circle and once again property rights will be the domain of a privileged minority the the rest of the plebs will just have to rent from them, just as their forefathers did in aristocracies of old.</p>
<p>When I was a kid we lived in a government owned house in Dublin, we paid rent and got on with the struggle that is preserved for the underclasses and then one day some bright politician decided to give the renters the opportunity to buy their rental and become homeowners, this bright spark came up with the crazy notion that every renter who decided to buy would be given a credit against purchase price for past rent paid, can you believe this, just doesn&#8217;t make monetary sense.</p>
<p>Anyway, we, my family who never had a pot to piss in, became homeowners, proud viable homeowners through no fault of our own, just the good fortune to be caught in the glare of the headlights of a politician who had more than making a killing on his mind.</p>
<p>Mr Obama could put a clause in the sale of these foreclosed homes that would allow a renter to become a homeowner at a future point in time with a credit for rent paid to be used as a deposit.</p>
<p>When I ponder the question <em>what is America</em>, the best I can come up with is the Constitutions, without it we are a mere rabble, it is our structure, our meaning as a Nation.</p>
<p>A constitutions that is maligned and ignored, the founding fathers wanted more than anything to ensure that their country, the State they were founding never deteriorated into an aristocracy.</p>
<p>It appears that there are forces at work bent on undoing the dreams of the founding fathers and their constitution.</p>
<p>Mr Obama do us all a favor and look before you take this giant leap backwards, you are holding a very fragile dream, an American Dream, the American Dream, so carelessly in your ever increasingly clumsy hands.</p>
<p>Tread softly, <span style="text-decoration: underline;"><em><strong>we the people,</strong></em></span> are relying on you.</p>

<p>Time was in the mid eighties to early nineties interest rates fluctuated from 9% to 18%, today we have home loan rates in the fours.</p>
<p>The question that arises is will-could interest rates ever approach 1980 levels again, if they did there would be Armageddon in the economy which would make the current foreclosure crisis look like a cloudy day at the beach compared to a tsunami.</p>
<p>Principle and interest on a $200K mortgage at 4% is $596.77</p>
<p>Principle and interest on a $200K mortgage at 8% is $917.21</p>
<p>Principle and interest on a $200K mortgage at 12% is $1,285.77</p>
<p>Math note* 596 is .43 of 1,285</p>
<p>So if for some unknown reason like an Israeli strike on an Iranian nuclear facility interest rates where to rise to 12% a $500,000.00 home would be worth $230,000.00</p>
<p>Literately every home in America would be underwater, refinancing would be impossible and new home purchase would be a financial impossibility for everyone except the 1% who would be all cash buyers.</p>
<p>This is a ticking time-bomb that no one wants to acknowledge. But sooner or later America will be forced to come to terms with the scary fact that we are no longer a world economic superpower.</p>
<p>And when you are not the controller of the worlds economy you become subject to the actions of others and not the master of your own fate.</p>
<p>If and when interest rates escalate the American dream of home ownership will suffer a Nagasaki type event. But the worst might still be to come if the shock waves of collapsing house values brings down the economy and capitalism with it. We are looking at a depression that could supersede the Great Depression many times over.</p>
<p>The house that Uncle Sam built is now on a very uncertain foundation.</p>

<p>Taking the above two concepts (a) a limited supply and (b) and unlimited counting system, then the only way to keep the supply side burning is inflation, or charge more and more and more.</p>
<p>If one where to shout stop and take a reckoning, count everything and record the numbers and then press the start button and continue for a generation or two and shout stop again and do the numbers again what you will find that the stuff is basically still the same but the numbers have inflated dramatically.</p>
<p>What this means is that we are not in a recession, in reality there is no recession, there is merely re balancing of expectations on the side of those who for some reason believed the myth of fairness and equity in the system.</p>
<p>They used to say if you want justice don&#8217;t go to a court well if you want fairness don&#8217;t expect it from capitalism, or from the form of capitalism that is practiced by corporate types.</p>
<p>In reality we don&#8217;t have a democracy so it doesn&#8217;t really matter what system the media tells us we have.</p>

<p>A cursory look at the last few hundred years of history should tell you that all the ism&#8217;s are lying. There are the privileged and the non privileged, period &#8211; and make no mistake, the privileged are doing everything in their power to ensure that they stay privileged and that the status quo applies to the unprivileged, or that the rich stay rich and the poor stay poor.</p>
<p>All men are born equal but if your daddy is filthy rich you get to go to the best schools and mix with the best people and we still spurt the same old crap of land of opportunity and freedom.</p>
<p>If you are born to a single parent and forced by your state to grow up in a ghetto then believe me my friend you will find that your opportunities are limited.</p>
<p>Therefore all rhetoric is limiting and should come with a Government health warning!</p>
<p>It&#8217;s like speaking non reality into existence, America isn&#8217;t, never was and never will be the land of the free. Didn&#8217;t you know jails where invented to put people who think they are free.</p>
<p>You are free to do as you are allowed, but think for a moment, who made the rules, who set the limitations. In this land of one man one vote who decides what law should be law.</p>
<p>If you don&#8217;t believe that legislation is enacted by he who makes the largest campaign contribution then stop reading and go take your prozac.</p>

When a state of unbalance is reached in an economy where some of the people who form the economy cannot afford to live in the economy which they are part of then the economy is doomed.</p>
<p>There are two options, painful re-balancing or destruction.</p>
<p>It appears that we are going through a period of painful re-balancing of the expectations of the proletariat. Yes my friend more can really be less as in there has never been more but most of us must do with less!!</p>
<p>Examples of periods of destruction are pre WW2 Germany and Revolutionary France.</p>
<p>Lets print some money and get on with the business of making more from less! But remember this can only be allowed happen after the middle classes stop whining and take their medicine.</p>
<p>Know your betters and defer to them!</p>

<p>But, but but , I just watched the Republican debate from Iowa and man is it just me or what.</p>
<p>Anyone who reads this blog or who knows my bleeding liberal heart knows that I think Obama is a dud, waste of time, Bush 3 type of president, and after watching the Republican hopeful&#8217;s talk through their arses for an hour tonight my pessimism is at a low ebb.</p>
<p>Stunted, George Bush like (stupid), ham actors (not Clinton like), these are a few words that come to mind to describe the protagonists.</p>
<p>Perry talks like a recovering boxer/addict, he just can&#8217;t seem to find the word he is looking for, I think they call it early onset dementia, his forte is being a Christian and frying people of color, didn&#8217;t Jesus say something like love God and love Thy neighbor and turn the other cheek, nowhere in the new testament is there any reference to an eye for an eye!!!!!!!!!!</p>
<p>Gingrich is an old stupid fool, the Palestine people are imagined or made up or something.</p>
<p>Bachman, her hair said it all.</p>
<p>The Governor of Mass who is not from Mass is a Masshole! Whats his name Romney who hired illegals and now hates illegals, who invented the health mandate and now hates the health mandate, who pink slipped more Americans than God and now lies through his teeth and kisses any ass available that is not brown or illegal that will get him elected to the great office of President of these United States of America, man don&#8217;t get me started.</p>
<p>Rick Santorum, Rick who!!! wake me up when the eggs are fried and the coffee&#8217;s smelling like it&#8217;s 8 o clock.</p>
<p>The one thing that really struck me from this debate is that <span style="text-decoration: underline;"><em><strong>if</strong></em></span> these people are telling the truth in relation to their convictions and their knowledge and understanding of the world and America, then we have little or no hope of coming out of our present swoon and regaining a respectable standing in the world order. In short if it is Obama or one of these, other than possibly Ron Paul, we are so totally totally fucked that it doesn&#8217;t bear imagining, and even if it is Paul we will be only totally fucked (not totally totally).</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Note:</span> For anyone who cares to know the truth, the whole truth or the real truth, the reality of Palestine/Israel is that the Palestine people who are imagined (Newt Gingrich) have lived and worked the land that is now Israel for time immemorial.</p>
<p>The State of Israel that according to Newt is real came into existence in 1948 or thereabouts after being a terrorist organization.</p>
<p>The people of Israel are predominately of European decent while the imagined Palestinians are indigenous to the region, kind  of like the Sioux and the Cherokee, and man did we give it to them.</p>
<p>Ron Paul speaks a version of truth that is alien to most Americans who have become comfortable with a corporate media version of reality, that in reality doesn&#8217;t exist and so therefore he is like a turkey on the eve of thanksgiving, giving thanks.</p>
<p>i.e. He like the rest of us is also fucked and doesn&#8217;t even have a snowballs chance in hell of getting elected, even though on most fronts he is our only hope, and because of this we (the people of America) in reality have no hope, we merely wait like a body with cancer for a preordained ending, and it won&#8217;t be nice, trust me and if you don&#8217;t ask Marie Antoinette, if you can find her head, there will be blood on the streets.</p>
<p>I hereby implore my readers if there are any, to pardon my French (the FUCK word) but I really am pissed with where we are and how the &#8220;we&#8221; who control my/our life&#8217;s are choosing to lead us/me.</p>
<p>Aren&#8217;t you too, as well, also pissed, and if you are not then you should look into the mirror and see if it is really yourself that is looking back at you, there are rumors of alien invader body snatchers, no I am not talking about Rick and Michelle, give the aliens a break for god&#8217;s sake!!</p>

<p>Here&#8217;s a simple idea!!! Lets tax every single person at the same tax rate and then lets have totally no deductions or exemptions. If the tax rate is 10% and you make $100 you pay $10 imagine how simple your tax return would be.</p>
<p>Then lets have no, yes I said no, ZERO corporate tax, let business keep its money and do what it wants with it, hopefully reinvest it. But when the business pays its profits out to its shareholders or bondholders they pay tax at the base level without exemption or deduction.</p>
<p>Also if a Corporation is a US corporation then only the profits that it reports as US profits apply to the US tax code and any benefits that apply to that status. Payouts from non US reported earnings should be hammered as should any attempt to manipulate the system.</p>
<p>All lobbyists should be treated like the Occupy Boston Movement and evicted and given 7 days to leave  the country or face death by beheading in some public square in Saudi Arabia (nice one).</p>
<p>To finish, I, me and myself am/are totally against any and every form of regulation. Did I say totally against every form of regulation, including those that benefit the rich. The poor are already so totally regulated, I mean isn&#8217;t that the reason they are so fucking poor.!.!</p>

<p>The Dow Jones Index is not the economy nor is it a measure of the economy. so while the Dow gyrates up and down by a few hundred points in a session the economy stays flat because it is flat period, no double dip here just a severe dip that we are still experiencing.</p>
<p>The Dow Jones Index is an average of the stock price of 30 very large mostly blue chip corporations.</p>
<p>Mostly these companies are in great shape so therefore the Dow should be doing really good however there in very little rationality in fear and when most of the nation is one pay check from pennyless fear is pervasive.</p>
<p>I would advise anyone who has money to buy the stock of good company while fear has artifically deflated it, keep in mind that I own no stock and have no knowledge of the markets other than watching Squawk Box on cnbc.</p>
<p>However I do have a lot of experience in having no money and I have found that it can be a bummer, so do your very best to always have access to tons of folding money.</p>
<p>Imagine being stupid enough to pay $1800 for an ounce of gold, of course if you are buying at $1800 to sell it to someone even more stupid for a profit I guess that makes youa trader.</p>
<p>The moral of the story is that the markets are for wolves and most every9one is a sheep.</p>
<p>So if you fit into the sheep category remember that the market is a casino where you risk money you don&#8217;t need. On the other hand you live in a real world were people breath and eat and interact, it is called an economy.</p>
